Kali, the Most Beneficial Art Next to Jiu-Jitsu

Kali as a system of martial arts has the vastest movement-vocabulary of all martial arts systems in my opinion. Its sister-art next to it, is Jiu-Jitsu---both of which are under the umbrella and respect of most Jeet Kune Do practitioners. Seven benefits of Kali are:
  • You can train Kali all the way into your old age.
  • No sustained immediate or long term brain damage is caused by Kali when training it full contact with proper gear. The force diffusion of Kali weaponry with proper head gear is much less than say, Boxing and Muay Thai. Therefore, you can go 100%, to the head and yet get minimum brain jolt---especially if you train with ¾ of an inch diameter sticks.
  • You develop intricacies in movements that no art on earth can give you. There are certain [rare characteristics] that convoy infinite number of movements----that only and only Kali can give you. You will never develop them through any other system---at least not to that extent as Kali does. The closest one to that would be Jiu-Jitsu, but still…...
  • Kali compliments whatever system of martial arts you are studying. It acts as a catalyst and allows a martial artist to get his or her desired results much quicker.
  • Kali familiarizes you with not only the line of attacks that Boxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, and Savate teach, but also, it further enhances you with wilder and much more unorthodox lines of attack that lack in other systems.
  • No other system on earth can give you the kind of attribute-augmentation that Kali does.
  • Kali has very high attribute-yield, and low maintenance time. Therefore, you don’t need to put in so many hours a day to develop the desired results----especially for the busy corporate level individuals who have jobs that consume much of their times.
In short, combine Kali within your exercise regimen every day, and reap the benefits I have mentioned. Good luck on your training. SHAHRAM MOOSAVI [gallery ids="122,110" type="rectangular"]
